Furry Content & Psychology

Furry Content & Psychology

Hi Kids!

So, as many of you know, I do not identify as a furry. Lovely art! Seriously, they somehow

grabbed up a ton of talent when kinks were divvying up the artists :D.  But, in the end, just not

for me. I do not have a fursona or I would have led with that picture instead of the one of the

more biographical ones that I tend to use instead.

That said, I DO write for my kids that identify that way (which includes many of you).

It can be very difficult to write something that is not your fetish personally. It is rather like a chef

cooking a food they don’t actually like. Is it any good? Did I mess it up? How would I know?

In the end, I have some stories that include basic elements like mentioning messy fur, or hooves

clacking. While I have other stories that lean into more universal elements, avoid specific

language, and utilize some of that amazing furry artwork in order to allow people’s imaginations

to take over and fill in some of their favorite bits!

I also do as much research as I can. I know some people on other websites ask for comments,

likes, and shares because it drives up their numbers and therefore their profit. But, this is not

one of those sites kids, and I am an incest blog :D. I am just about as unfriendly to ads and

unwanted by corporations as a blog can get. As such, I gain as much nothing from 10 likes as I

do from 10 million. So when I ask for comments and feedback, it is because I am very unsure if

the story is good or not, and I genuinely would love to know what you liked and what you didn’t

like about it.

A great example of that would be my recent homoerotic story. It is meant to be appealing for

people who are into Mom/Son incest, but also guy on guy sex. And I am neither a guy, nor a

guy; so I am often unsure if what I am writing in that department lands.

Anyways, I am getting off topic. I was doing more research into the furry world and I came

across this article from Psychology Today. I found it to be a very easy to understand, great little

entry-level summary of furries and the furry community in general. It starts off a little rocky... but

the end result is good and well rounded. I just wanted to share.

I hope you like!
