Mommy Needs You!

 

Hi Kids!

I need your feedback once again. So, up until now, I have always made a point of not using names. The 

reason is simple, I want you to be able to easily use your imagination to fill in the blanks. So I always say 

Mrs. (my last name), so you can put that info in there yourself. My question is, do you like that, or would 

you want it to change? I could just name “Mom” Maria Smith, Mrs. Smith, and Mrs S. But would that 

take you out of the story some?

I really want to know. What are your preferences here?

    I don't mind having stand-ins, but names can give a form and concrete anchor to your characters. Wouldn't mind you making your characters more whole, or even getting more specific with them!

    The blanks are a bit jarring and disrupt the flow. Names flow better.
